DiatOmicBase : is a public genome portal developed by the UMR7141 and the ENS (Chris Bowler team) gathering comprehensive omic resources to ease the exploration of dispersed public datasets. DiatOmicBase is funded by the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation.

ChlamyStation : The collection of photosynthesis mutants of the Institut de Biologie Physico-Chimique in Paris, includes about 500 strains generated in that laboratory, mostly single mutants but also double or triple mutants, all with rigorously verified phenotypes. The stocks are stored in liquid nitrogen and available free of charge to academic researchers.
