We, CNRS UMR7141, will use the personal information you provide when applying for a job or an internship in this research unit (including your e-mail address and your identification information), as well as any other personal information transmitted later, in order to process your request. We may share details of your request with the competent administrative services of the CNRS, in particular when it comes to reviewing, evaluating or validating the decisions we have taken. The data collected will be kept for the duration of the candidate’s evaluation (generally less than a month) or until the time when the proposed position is filled (with a maximum duration of six months). In the case of a spontaneous application, the personal information sent by the candidates are generally kept for two weeks, the time to assess whether an offer can be offered to the applicant. If accepted, the information will be kept for the time necessary to validate the recruitment.
