Pierre Crozet - A new cloning method, the Golden Gate Modular Cloning
As we are starting to develop synthetic biology (SynBio) approaches in our lab, we wanted to share our enthusiasm for this nascent field of Biology.
This is why we will organize a "SynBio club" in which we hope to discuss regularly (once a month) with IBPC people. We will do an open format that can change each month.
The second talk will be about a new cloning method, the Golden Gate Modular Cloning, which I am already using. I know from some of you that it is a point of interest to our community.
